Entertainment

5.30pm - imo
The late session kicks off at 5.30 pm with imo, a young local singer at the beginning of what should hopefully be a long and successful music career. Tonight imo will perform an acoustic set of covers and her own songs.
At around 6.30 pm The TR5’s will take to the stage, a band sitting somewhere between The Cavern Club and Canvey Island and one of Surrey’s best kept secrets, having been together now for over three years. Their charismatic and energetic stage show, with their highly charged blend of 50’s skiffle and early 60’s rock ‘n’ roll, is guaranteed to capture audiences’ hearts and minds!

And at 8.00 pm we are proud to announce our headline act, Kit Trigg – formed in a skate park in Farnham circa 2015, Kit Trigg fronts a power rock trio that delivers classic rock songs for the present day. Notwithstanding the dynamic vocals, poignant lyrics, choruses you can belt your heart out to or the turbo-charged rhythm section, it’s the quality of songwriting that sets this band apart. Drawing influence from the likes of The Rolling Stones, Reef and Beastie Boys, the trio oozes with memorable moments and cool charisma, wrapped in bounds of positivity. They have been riding the wave across the UK and beyond, supporting the likes of Massive Wagons, These Wicked Rivers, Hayseed Dixie and The Virginmarys, buoyed by the momentum of their critically acclaimed EP ‘Goin for Glory’. With new music incoming and a truly infectious rock n roll spirit fuelling the fire, one thing is for sure; Kit Trigg will be riding this wave into Farnham this summer!

Festival Competition
Of course, our festival wouldn’t be the same without one of the highlights of the day……. the return of the famous “Sausage of the Festival ” competition, where local butchers go head-to-head to win the coveted trophy. All the sausages are cooked at the festival by our team of chefs and judged by public vote!
A family and friend-run food trading company, focusing on creating high-quality food. The main theme of the menu is smoked meats and smashed burgers. However, you will often find handmade treats and sides alongside well-thought out and tasty weekly specials. 95% of the components in their dishes are made in-house.
Serves traditional Greek souvlaki pita bread wraps, with a choice of Chicken, Pork, Halloumi, Roast Vegetables or a combination of any two, wrapped in a warm pita bread with sliced tomato, red onion, parsley and a few fries for crunch. They add some tzatziki or harissa sauce and dress it all with lashings of Olive, Lemon and Oregano.
For those not wanting bread or perhaps just a salad option, they also serve Greek & Mediterranean Salads, Fries & Skewers to top it all.  All done from their vintage food truck off a charcoal BBQ.
A community-oriented pop-up pizza shop dedicated to spreading good vibes and getting to know their customers, whose top priority is crafting delicious, ultra-fresh pizzas right before your eyes.
At the heart of their pizza-making philosophy is simplicity. They prepare their own dough, allowing it to rise for 24 hours and use only the finest, freshest ingredients from independent suppliers throughout the UK to create their Neapolitan-style pizzas with a light, sourdough hybrid crust. While they always offer classic favourites, they also enjoy experimenting and coming up with unique, creative combinations.
Not your average catering stall – the lady in charge, Hollie, watched both her late grandma & late mum run catering trailers and so she learnt from the very best. This generational passing down of experience, dedication and knowledge has resulted in the best service & sausages on offer. Hollie has tasty sausages for everyone’s liking – German sausages, including traditional bratwurst, the meaty one, or a smoky bacon flavour, or a cheesy one, which is a beechwood smoked with a Emmental melted cheese inside. For the plain Janes, Hollie has simple but super tasty pork jumbo sausages. All sausages are served in a baguette, with or without sauerkraut, crispy onions and a choice of saucy toppings.
And, brought to you by Hollie of Taste The Difference fame, if you have a sweet tooth, or just need a bit of sugar for a little more energy to show us your best dance moves, she’s got you covered…………….. delicious Spanish churros made fresh with a choice of toppings of Sugar , Cinnamon, Nutella, Milk chocolate, White chocolate or Lotus Biscoff.
Ice Cream – freshly made every day. Something for everyone, whether it’s a cone, tub or lolly on a stick, Vince has a cold delight for you to enjoy. And Vince should be operating from his new electric vehicle by the time he joins us at Cider & Sausage.

Drink

Lions Cider Tent
The Farnham Lions Cider Bar is back, featuring a full range of real ciders made the traditional way with 100% fruit.

Carefully selected from producers around the country, we will have a variety of styles and flavours on offer, from Dry to Medium to Sweet, Scrumpy, Perry and a few other surprises along the way. There will be something to suit seasoned cider enthusiasts and those keen to discover something new and every pint poured helps support local good causes, so you can enjoy great traditional cider while giving back to the community.
A family run business stocking produce raised and grown on their own farm by their own fair hands. Their high quality, award winning, sustainable produce on offer today comprises:-
Abbot’s Secret (Dry to Medium-Dry), a beautifully light and naturally sparkling cider which is crisp, brilliantly refreshing, and an elegant pour, just perfect for a summer afternoon.
All Wey’s (Dry), a proper, traditional dry cider, built for the true aficionado. Bold, robust and packed with body, it delivers a deeply satisfying, earthy richness without the sugar.
Both ciders have been previous award winners at the British Cider Championships 2023/2024/2025
And Deacons Desire, a new limited cider for this season. This glorious medium cider is rich, mellow and is a smooth, golden, and easy-drinking pour, offering a gentle, irresistible sweetness.
The family has been making award-winning Cider and Perry from real fruit since 2006. Their proper ciders are made from locally harvested and collected apples and are gluten free and suitable for vegetarians and vegans. Their Legend Cider has been awarded Gold at the International Cider Challenge 2025, a fantastic result with Ciders from around the world going through a rigorous blind tasting with an international panel of experts.
Located in a small hamlet in West Berkshire, they do everything in-house and package their Proper Cider in bottles, cans, bag in box, pouches, casks and kegs. Find out more about them, their products, and processes on https://www.tuttsclumpcider.co.uk/.
Wright’s return to C&S offering beer, lager, spirits and, taking advantage of the hopefully warm weather, Pimms and prosecco. If cider isn’t your thing, Wright’s will have something to satisfy your thirst.
Borne out of adversity in 2020, after being forced out of work by anxiety and depression, the concept developed from a popular US idea of making snow cones for children. The venture was only possible with the support of Jackie’s parents, sadly no longer with us, and has changed her outlook completely, as the product makes people happy which has positively impacted her.
The Snow Cones are tailor-made to suit every child or adult, with 14 flavours to choose from, as well as 3, tasty and colourful sugar free choices; suitable for Vegans and gluten free.  Their Gin or Vodka Snowball Coolers are a rare and unique type of alcoholic beverage and consist of 2 perfect snowballs + alcohol of your choice, with over 12 varieties of flavoured Gin and Vodka to choose from, followed by a mixer and then a coloured/flavoured syrup poured over to add to the flavour and enhance the colour – they are the only business in the UK  that make these.
