Phil awarded Lion of the Year
During a break in the Children’s Sight Screening at the William Cobbett school, Immediate Past President Simon Moran-Smith congratulated Phil Mutton on being chosen as Lion of the Year 2026.
Simon said ‘Phil has done so much with the Lions in 2026, most notably Farnham Beerex as well as his work at Frensham Sailabilty’.
On top of all that he still finds time for some sailing for himself with the IOW Round the Island race and soon will be sailing to the Arctic Circle via Iceland !
