The smell of freshly cooked bacon drew visitors to the Farnham Lions tea tent at RAF Odiham’s Families Day on Friday the 31st of July.
A huge crowd attended the event with blues skies and an amazing air display we were kept very busy serving homemade cakes, tea, coffee and bacon and sausage baps from our BBQ.
Every purchase helped support Farnham Lions charitable work in the local community with every penny going towards community projects.
The RAF Odiham event is one of several summer fetes where Farnham Lions bake cakes and serve refreshments to raise money for local families and individuals in need.
Lions President Jane Langton said “Thank you to RAF Odiham for giving us this opportunity we look forward to seeing you all again next year !”
