Summer Fetes and Tea Tents

Local fetes, summer fayres and tea tents are an important part of the local calendar, bringing together the community and good old English tradition. In 2025 Farnham Lions took stalls at many of these events and our members got creative and built games for the whole family to enjoy.

We introduced the classic fairground games of Splat the Rat, Frog in a Clog and brought our Roller ball game out of storage much to the delight of children and grown-ups alike.

The bakers amongst us produced an amazing array of homemade cakes and cookies that sold out at every event!

This year 2026 we are excited to announce that we will be attending more local fetes and community events. Our club members will be out in force bringing fun and fund raising to family celebrations across Farnham.

Fetes are also a great way for us to meet residents, catch up with familiar faces and welcome new volunteers. If you would like to find out more about what we do or how you could get involved, come along to a village fete and have a chat, we would love to meet you.
