We’ve designed our grant application process to be as simple and supportive as possible. If you have any questions about applying or follow up queries please use the email address below.
How to Apply
Applications must be submitted by a recognised referrer, such as a school liaison contact, social worker, or local community organisation. Support is available only for residents of the Farnham community.
Applications are sent directly to our applications mailbox applications@farnhamlions.org.uk .
What Happens Next
We generally respond within 48 hours and will provide a form if one is not included. We may request additional information from the referrer to give each applicant the best possible chance of success.
Review and Decision
Outcome Notification
The Referrer will be notified by email the following day. If the application is approved, we will arrange for the grant to be fulfilled.

In addition to the Grant Process, Farnham Lions also organise annual events for different sections of the community. The tea party aims to target social isolation in the elderly and Sailability of the Christmas Theatre trip offer opportunities for young carers.
Lions’ Tea Party
This is an annual event where approximately seventy elderly members of our community are invited to join us for afternoon tea and entertainment. The invitations are mainly extended to those who live alone and would benefit most from an afternoon enjoying each others’ company.
The event is held at The Memorial Hall with transport being provided each way if required ensuring maximum participation.
